Let me tell you a little bit about me!
I served in the Army for 22 years and whilst in the forces became a Physical Training Instructor and was involved with various sports teams which led to my interest in the rehabilitation and treatment of sports injuries.
I qualified as a Sports Therapist in 2004 and as Personal Trainer and Sports Masseur in 2005. At that time I was working as a Therapist with professional golfers and semi-professional footballers at Salisbury City and Aldershot Town.
I am committed to developing my skills all the time and I am now studying for my Level 5 Higher Diploma in Advanced Sports Therapy. I am a member of the Sports Massage Association and the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
Terry Hatt
I specialise in traditional massage and soft tissue therapy and include Myofascial Release, Osteopathic Articulations and Dry Needling in my treatment plans. Due to my extensive knowledge of the anatomy I tailor each treatment plan to the individual and work closely with patients to build rehabilitation plans to speed recovery times.
I live in Ware with my wife and 2 sons have a real interest in both playing and watching sport. I love running and competed for the army in cross country which in turn inspired me to start marathon running. I have completed many half and full marathons. My other passion in life is playing golf.
